The Art of 3D Insects: Challenge

Delitzschala

I named this artwork "Delitzschala" as it is the name of the first flying insect to be believed. As we are all worried about our nature at present days we always forget that insects plays a bigger role in the balance of nature. Some insects have 1 day or few days of lifespan. I was wondering these insects are born to live for just few hours to maintain the balance of nature and humanity. Their importance in this world is huge which inspired me to create something on a bigger canvas.
My artwork is all about a big art installation on the roof of a museum which will cast big shadow of insects when sunlight hits the roof. Which will create this shadow art to spread awareness. My character is the representation of the smartest species Humans! as we are the first flying species without adapted wings. And I would love to name her "Delitzschala".
